The Anti-Spam Addin is incorrectly setup in the system registry.
I used regedit.exe and looked in two areas : –
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > MICROSOFT > OFFICE > OUTLOOK > ADDINS > OutlookKLAsAddin.Addin
– here the LoadBehavior = 3
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Office > Outlook > Addins > OutlookKLAsAddin.Addin
– here the LoadBehavior = 0
I modified the current user load behavior to 3 so that it would load the anti-spam dll at startup.
